1. Use of Offerings

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our offerings. All access is for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.1 Advisory Services

We provide one-on-one consultations and group sessions designed to support stability and planning. Scheduling details are confirmed via email.

2.2 Digital Guides

Our downloadable materials offer structured steps for growth. Access links are provided upon purchase.

2.3 Physical Materials

Printed workbooks and kits are shipped to your address after confirmation of your order.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees are due at time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We accept common payment methods as listed during checkout.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Advisory Services

To request a refund, you must contact our team at least 14 days before your scheduled session. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days of approval. You may also reschedule up to 7 days before the session without penalty.

4.2 Digital Guides

Requests for a refund of digital guides are accepted within 7 days of purchase provided that no download has occurred. To initiate, please contact us with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

4.3 Physical Materials

Unused physical materials may be sent to us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the shipment error is on our part. Customized or sealed items are non-refundable.

5. No Refund Offerings

Certain live workshops and special events are final sale due to limited availability and planning requirements. No refunds are available for these offerings. However, you may transfer your registration to another session by notifying us at least 14 days in advance.

6. Modification of Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes are effective upon posting.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
